Returning Items
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase, except for bikes*.
- All other items must be in new condition with original packaging.
- An original receipt is required for all returns.
- Change of mind returns will be issues a store credit. Faulty returns will be issues a refund.
- *Bikes cannot be returned for change of mind.
In-store purchases:
- May be returned in person to LSC Bicycle Workship in Northlakes.
Online purchases:
- May be returned in person to LSC Bicycle Workshop North Lakes
- Mailed back to our store, LSC Bicycle Workshop
